This is a temporary, full-time position with an hourly rate of 13.47.About the Role:As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be the friendly face of the authority, assisting a diverse range of customers with their inquiries. You will handle complex and challenging situations, providing valuable support to individuals in need, some of whom may be vulnerable.
