Customer Service Advisor - Droitwich Salary: £12.75 per hourJob Type: Full-time On-siteStart date- 8th JuneContract- Temp for circa 6 monthsAre you seeking a new opportunity with a well-established manufacturer to provide excellent customer support?The customer service advisor will be responsible for resolving customer queries and maintaining and updating the ERP system in relation to customer orders and schedules. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing and excellent customer service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process new customer orders via emailLoad orders onto the EPR systemReview and upload customer schedules onto the ERP systemRespond to customer queries via email in a timely mannerProvide general administrative support including phone handling, inbox managementChecking pricing against agreed price listsSkills and Experience Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitaskProficient in MS OfficeA high level of numeracy and accuracyThe ability to maintain professional relationships with colleaguesEPR experience is desirable, but not essentialAdditional information Working hours Monday- Thursday 8am-5.15pm, Friday 1pm finish.Early finish on Fridays (1pm)Free on-site parkingTo be considered please apply ..... full job details .....
