Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a professional and organised Customer Services Advisor to deliver high levels of customer service in a fast paced, friendly and supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails Deal with enquiries promptly and professionallyBook and coordinate deliveries and installationsLiaise with customers, internal operations team, and third-party providersPrepare and issue customer quotationsAccurately input and update data on internal systemsManage and resolve customer issues effectivelyKey Skills and Requirements:Excellent communication skills written and verbalStrong organisation and attention to detailIT literate (Microsoft Office and bespoke Database)Remain calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and to manage multiple tasksPrevious experience within a customer service role would be ideal however, relevant skills and transferable experience will be taken into accountAdditional Information:Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30Salary from £27,000 dependent on experience28 days'' holiday (including bank holidays) plus Christmas shutdownRural location - own transport ..... full job details .....
