Customer Service Advisor - Shift Work

Due to the ongoing growth of the business, my client is looking for a full-time customer service agent to join the team in their Colnbrook office. You''ll be passionate about the customer experience and motivated to work with others to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience. You''ll be computer literate and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm to find and fix problems will be where you excel, with clear communication skills to keep others informed whilst being accountable, diligent and always working with your team to deliver the perfect experience for all customers. Please note you must be able to drive for this position it also requires a 5 year checkable history and shift patterns of the following, Hours - weekly shift patterns rotate on the below: 07:30-16:30 08:00-17:00 08:30-17:30 09:00-18:00 09:30-18:30 10:00-19:00 Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum DOE Job Overview: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team.
