Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Salary: -26,500p.a.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 37.5 hours per week-

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

As Customer Service Advisor-you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers via-email and-telephone-
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying account information
• Additional administration duties as required.

An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor-will have:

• Strong communication skills verbal & written
• Good Microsoft office skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail.
