Customer Service Advisor

A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying 25,800 - 26,500 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone.Provide advice and guidance on the company''s product range.Process customer ordersResolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:Excellent communication skills.3+ years'' experience within a call centre and customer service position Manufacturing, Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essentialPositive, can-do attitude.Proficient within the Microsoft PackagesIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position, please apply with your CV. ..... full job details .....
