Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting business-to-business clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across sales, orders, and customer queries — with a clear temp to perm opportunity.
Job Details
- Position: Customer Service Advisor (B2B)
- Location: Wolverhampton
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for business clients
- Managing customer orders, enquiries, and accounts
- Liaising with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Providing timely and professional solutions to customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in company systems
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Communicating effectively with clients via phone and email
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally B2B
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence and own vehicle is a bonus
