Telephone Based Customer Service Advisor Required in Guildford, Surrey 

- Salary: £30,000 Basic + £42,000 OTE Uncapped
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm + 1 hour break 

Our client a remote National Automotive Repair Service is currently seeking  an Automotive Telephone Customer Advisor to join their Customer Service team providing a good value automotive servicing and repair service to customers throughout the UK.

Responsibilities of a Telephone Based Customer Service Advisor with our client:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding vehicle repair inquiries, appointments, and service updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance, coordinating with our network of service centers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they are informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and any additional services required.
- Utilise IT systems and databases to accurately record customer information, service requests, and appointments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Requirements for this Customer Service Advisor role:

- Previous experience in the Automotive industry, customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and composure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
