Customer Service Advisor£12.71 per hour plus monthly bonus4-on-4-off: 5pm-10pmBased on-site in Bescot, WalsallWe are currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor working for the RAC Call Centre based in the Bescot Area in Walsall. The RAC is one of the UK s biggest and most well-recognised companies operating in the Motoring industry. Their office in Walsall is ideally located for workers who commute by both public and private transport, thanks to its large, free on-site parking, as well as its proximity to both a bus stop and train station which has regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for the RAC; within this role, you will be handling inbound calls from customers with a broken down vehicle; you will be tasked with ensuring the customer s case is dealt with as swiftly and professionally as possible.-Handling inbound calls-Arranging call outs-Dealing with distressed or upset customersRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service and call centre experience.
