As a Customer Service Advisor, based in Oldham, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing information to ensure their needs are met efficiently.Client DetailsA leading manufacturing organisation based in Oldham.DescriptionResponding to customer enquiries via phone and email.Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues promptly.Logging and updating customer details in the system.Escalating more complex issues to the relevant team or department.Assisting with general administrative tasks related to customer service.
