Description

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding services.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Can work rotational shifts patterns across Mon - Fri.

We will be conducting interviews throughout August, with a planned start date in early September. Due to business requirements, we are only able to consider candidates who can start during September.
