Permanent Job Customer Service and Order Processor £24,000 Altrincham 35 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Fully Office Based Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer orders from initial sale through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a busy customer service team, you''ll manage multiple customer orders simultaneously, ensuring a smooth journey from order placement through to completion. You''ll liaise with customers, sales, warehouse, procurement and finance teams, keeping everyone informed and ensuring exceptional service throughout. Key responsibilities include:Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated.Coordinating with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.Raising invoices and credit notes.Managing customer enquiries via email and telephone.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.Resolving queries and issues quickly and professionally.
