The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, orders, and company policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters when required. Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Product Knowledge Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services. Provide customers with advice and guidance on products that best meet their needs. Stay up to date with new product launches, promotions, and updates. Identify opportunities to educate customers about additional products or services that may benefit them. Administration and Systems Accurately record customer interactions and maintain customer records within CRM and company systems.
