Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate, aspiring legal professional, or someone with previous legal administration/customer service experience looking to build a long-term career within the legal industry.
Working within a specialist housing litigation team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their legal journey, ensuring exceptional client care and helping progress cases following settlement agreements.

The Role
This position combines client care, case administration, and legal support responsibilities. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring agreed repair works have been completed following the resolution of housing disrepair claims.
The role involves regular communication with clients, including vulnerable individuals, requiring a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to review and verify completion of agreed repair works
- Arrange post-completion property inspections
- Gather information and prepare witness statement documentation where required
- Open and manage files using the case management system
- Liaise with internal legal teams to ensure cases progress effectively
- Maintain accurate records and update client information
- Deliver outstanding levels of client service throughout the process
