Customer Service Advisor

Just Recruitment is working with a long standing business, based in Halstead - they are looking to recruit a ''hands on'' Customer Service Advisor to their long standing team.The key purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting purchasing and inventory processes. The role requires building strong customer relationships and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include:Customer Service:Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding spare parts inquiries, orders, and issuesProvide accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and delivery options.Assist customers regarding product identification.Monitor customer orders for any pending issues, addressing concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. Order Processing and Inventory Management:Process customer orders from receipt to fulfilment, including parts, spares, and main products.Maintain SAP to ensure accurate data (e.g., back orders, inventory acceptance, shipping updates).Assist with maintaining parts price lists and communicate updates to customers.Process returns, and credit notes according to company policies.
