Franchised Motor Dealership - Stratford

Salary: -19,167 basic + bonus

Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (flexible days)

Our client, a well-established business within the motorcycle industry, is looking to recruit a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for service and repair enquiries.

Book customers in for servicing and repairs.

Prepare accurate invoices, including parts and labour costs.

Communicate repair requirements and associated costs to customers.

Liaise with the workshop, parts and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate service records and respond promptly to customer enquiries.

Identify opportunities to promote additional servicing and repair work where appropriate.

About You

Previous customer service or Service Advisor experience is desirable.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Friendly, professional and team-oriented approach.

Able to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Full UK driving licence.
