This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume customer service role, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing enquiries from start to finish while building strong relationships and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally. Hybrid working is available following your initial training period.
