You will be making a high volume of outbound calls, so excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach are essential.Key responsibilities will include: Making regular outbound calls to customers and providing clear, professional updates. Gathering accurate information from internal teams regarding progress, timescales, outstanding requirements and potential delays. Managing customer expectations and explaining information clearly and sensitively. Handling customer queries and ensuring appropriate follow-up. Identifying potential complaints or dissatisfaction and escalating these appropriately. Accurately recording all calls, conversations, actions and agreed follow-ups on internal systems.
