Customer Service Advisor

IMH Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our client based in Goole to ASAP. This is a temporary role for 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate. Duties include: Answering customer calls Supporting customers through the onboarding process Handling customer queries and complaints Explaining products and services Using internal systems to update customer information Providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements: Previous customer service experience Excellent telephone manner Confident using computer systems A DBS certificate is needed for this role or willing to get one Strong communication and attention to detail Able to work well as part of a team A full UK driving licence is highly preferred due to the location (unless you live locally) Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm. £13.04 per hour.
