If you have customer service experience and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What you''ll be doing:Handling billing and account enquiries from customers.Taking payments and updating account details.Supporting customers with payment plans and available support schemes.Resolving queries efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.Maintaining accurate customer records and meeting performance targets.What we''re looking for:At least 6 months'' customer service experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood IT skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm under pressureGCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent)Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.
