Four Squared Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and courteous support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or face-to-face
• Handling a high volume of queries while maintaining excellent service standards
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Accurately updating customer records and internal systems
• Providing clear and accurate information about products/services
• Escalating complex issues where appropriate
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, professional, and empathetic approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging conversations
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and standard office software
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
