If you''re organised, confident on the phone and good at keeping calm when things get busy, we''d love to hear from you. What will you be doing? Your day will be varied, with responsibilities including:Handling inbound calls and emails from customers regarding services, appointments, faults and general enquiriesSupporting engineers in the field by coordinating visits, passing on information and helping resolve customer issuesBooking, rearranging and confirming engineer appointmentsDealing with potentially urgent or time-sensitive issues calmly and ensuring they are escalated appropriatelyAccurately updating customer records, job information ..... full job details .....
