Customer Service Advisor

AM Global are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Stockton on Tees.

Please note this is a temporary contract, for around 3 months.

Working hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week

Duties will include:
Dealing with incoming queries via telephone and email
Liaising with departments for updates, to feedback to customer
Speaking with customers with order updates and tracking details
Providing customer service to customers via phone and telephone
Using an in-house system to log information
Monitoring and replying to emails

Previous customer service experience is essential for the role.
