Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Rural CarlisleSalary: Up to 27,220Adecco Recruitment in Workington are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our brilliant client based in rural Carlisle.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and supportive business where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.The roleYou will be the main point of contact for customers, handling queries by phone and email while ensuring each issue is dealt with quickly, accurately and professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve enquiries, maintain strong customer relationships and keep clear and accurate records.Key responsibilities includeActing as the first point of contact for customer enquiriesResponding to emails and following up with customersInvestigating and resolving queries and discrepanciesManaging shared mailboxes and meeting service response timesLiaising with sales, operations and accounts teamsTaking ownership of customer issues from start to resolutionMaintaining clear and accurate notes of all customer contactPreparing customer reports where requiredHours40 hours per week- Either 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00 If you enjoy working in a busy environment, providing excellent service and building strong relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
