Joining a small team of 3, you will be the face of this successful and thriving business, ensuring that quality service is always delivered. Daily duties will include Acting as the face of the business Providing a first-class customer service over the telephone, via email and on live chat Responding to all Trustpilot reviews online in a professional and helpful manner Redirecting calls where appropriate and taking messages for the wider team Responding to all written communication professionally, via email or letter Provide administration support to the wider business including the Sales and Account Manager s when required Resolving and investigating any complaints made by customers Keeping accurate records and updating the inhouse system This role is ideal for someone who has worked within customer service previously and enjoys being the go-to person for all customer queries.
