Customer Service Advisor - Dundee (Hybrid)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week | Early or late shifts, 7am-11pm
Location: Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3TN - hybrid after training
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Pay & Enhanced Rates

• Standard Rate: -13.98 per hour
• Evening Premium (8pm to Midnight): -16.23 per hour
• Sunday Rate: -17.48 per hour
• Sunday Evening Rate: -19.73 per hour
• Overtime & Bank Holidays: -20.97 per hour
• Overtime/Bank Holiday Evenings: -23.22 per hour

The Role

• Answer customer calls about orders, deliveries and products
• Turn complaints into positive outcomes with empathy and professionalism
• Use our systems to log and resolve requests accurately
• Work closely with your team to keep support seamless
• Represent the brand with integrity in every interaction

We need

• A genuine passion for great customer service
• Confident, friendly phone manner
• Basic IT skills (comfortable learning new systems, familiar with MS Office)
• Ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Where you''ll be working

Based at Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, with a flexible hybrid pattern once you''re fully trained. Shifts are confirmed 4 weeks ahead, with a 45-minute flex window on start times.
