Customer Service Italian & Spanish

Our client based in Watford is seeking a Multillingual Customer Service representative with the following languages to join their growing team. 

Italian with Spanish 
Italian with an additional EU language (French, Spanish, German, Polish, Dutch or Hebrew)

• Provide a professional and responsive service, managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage customer orders throughout the Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to billing and delivery.
• Prepare quotations, pre-payment documentation, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage customer cases and resolve order, delivery, and account-related queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Support, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor and prioritise multiple customer cases, orders, and systems to meet service level expectations.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and cover for colleagues as required within the Customer Service function.
