This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a smooth and positive repair experience.What you''ll be doing: Acting as the main contact for customers throughout their vehicle repair journey Providing regular updates on repair progress Booking vehicles in for repairs and organising collections/deliveries Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service Taking excess payments and handling customer queries Greeting customers with a friendly, professional approachWhat you''ll bring: Excellent customer service and communication skills Organised, proactive, and adaptable A positive, "can-do" attitude and team spirit Reliable, flexible, and willing to get involved Experience in customer service, call centres, or automotive environments is beneficial but not essentialDetails: Location: Doncaster, DN2 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours/week) Salary: 26,836.80 per annum Benefits: Bonus opportunities, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, excellent benefits, ongoing training, and career developmentFull training will be provided to support your success in this role.
