This is a fully office-based role supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within an office-based environment, or for someone with previous experience who is looking to join a supportive team where staff are valued and appreciated.Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiriesAdvising customers and resolving queries in a professional and timely mannerInputting customer orders accurately onto internal systemsHandling stock-related queries, including checking batch numbers and taking photos where requiredInvestigating, reconciling, and resolving stock discrepancies in a timely mannerBooking deliveries and collections with hauliersPreparing picking lists for the warehouse teamLiaising with drivers regarding collections and deliveriesSupporting general administrative duties as requiredRequirements:Strong IT skills, including confidence using internal systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills with a professional telephone mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced, busy office ..... full job details .....
