This is a busy, varied role suited to someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service and administration.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound and outbound calls with customers and local authoritiesLogging service requests and call information accurately on internal systemsScheduling equipment deliveries and collectionsCoordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) technician call-outsProviding general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operationsSkills and Experience RequiredExcellent telephone manner and customer service skillsStrong written communication, attention to detail, and organisational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role is preferred but not essentialWhat''s on OfferOnce fully trained the role will become remoteCompetitive hourly rate of £13.85 per hour (depending on experience)Monday to Friday working hours - no weekendsOpportunity to gain valuable experience within a well-established organisationThis role is agency supplied and offered on a temporary basis ..... full job details .....
