Customer Service Administrator (Service Support Advisor) Havant - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote working) Up to £28,000 Hyde is looking for a Service Support Advisor to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Service Support Advisor at Hyde, you will support residents with property repairs enquiries, helping to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact for escalated repairs queries, support complaint resolution, gather customer feedback and provide vital administrative support to the Property Maintenance team. Key Duties Handle repairs enquiries transferred from the Customer Services Centre, ensuring customers receive clear and helpful support. Work with trades staff, contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot repair issues and support timely resolutions. Assist with customer complaints relating to property repairs, supporting investigations, corrective actions and follow-up communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, survey feedback and call backs to support service improvement.
