Customer Service Administrator Location: Farnham Salary: £26,500 + Benefits About the Role A professional accountancy firm based in Farnham is looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join its Tax Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping information organised and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with experienced Tax Specialists, providing administrative support and helping clients meet their tax obligations. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with clients, managing documentation and supporting the preparation and submission of tax returns to HMRC. Previous experience in tax or accountancy is not essential, as full training will be provided. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills and build a career in tax administration. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Communicate with clients by telephone, email and post to answer enquiries, request relevant information and provide updates on their tax returns.
