Customer Service Administrator- Immediate

Location: East London Full time: Monday-Friday 9.00am-17.00pm Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks, with the possibility of extension) Salary: £14 per hour (PAYE) Must obtain valid DBS We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team, providing a range of health and well-being services including Equipment Service, Sensory Service, and Wheelchair Service. This role is based within the Customer Service Team and offers a varied and impactful work environment. Day-to-day of the role: Act as the first point of contact for individuals using company services, their carers, and other agencies. Manage effective liaison with customers, families, carers, and health and social care professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the Community Equipment Service. Oversee the customer service offerings for all Company Services. Manage systems related to customer records, equipment and wheelchair orders, appointments, and service requests including assessments, deliveries, collections, servicing, and repairs. Produce simple performance reports by analysing activity information and handling data input as required. Support Company clinicians and associates to ensure optimal service delivery through efficient system support. Ensure the safekeeping, accuracy, and confidentiality of customer records.
