We re recruiting for a growing, values-led business in Stockport looking to add an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Administrator to its busy customer service team. This isn t a role for someone who simply wants to answer the phone, process an order and move on to the next task. They re looking for someone with energy, initiative and a real desire to make things better whether that means solving a customer problem, chasing something through internally, improving a process or helping raise standards across the wider team. You might already be working in telephone-based customer service, sales administration, account support or another busy office environment. Equally, we d be very happy to hear from people coming from hospitality, retail or another customer-facing setting where you ve had to think on your feet, take responsibility and go above and beyond for customers.
