Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Rushden, Northamptonshire NN10Salary: £27,393.67 per annumHours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with a 45-minute unpaid lunch breakAbout the RoleHawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Rushden.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing orders, handling customer enquiries and maintaining clear communication between customers and internal teams.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.Diagnose customer issues, research solutions and provide accurate information to resolve concerns wherever possible at first contact.Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and help prevent recurring problems.Maintain accurate system information, ensuring data integrity and the removal of obsolete data.Provide administrative and logistical support to the external sales team.Liaise closely with technical support, sales and production teams to ..... full job details .....
