Customer Service Administrator 26,040 per annum + benefitsWestbury, Wiltshire PermanentOur client, a successful and growing international business based in Westbury, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and busy team.This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with three days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and two days working from home (Monday and Friday).The Role: Supporting the Client Services team, you will help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while providing administrative support across the department.Key duties include:Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emailsLogging and managing customer returnsProducing regular client reportsManaging shipping exceptions and updating customersUpdating client information and documentationTaking notes during internal meetingsProviding general admin support to the commercial team About YouPrevious customer service or administrative experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsGood IT skills, including Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detailAble to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloadIf you''re looking for a varied role within a supportive team environment, we''d love to hear from you.Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pmLocation: Westbury with hybrid working (with 3 days a week in the office)Successful candidates will be contacted within 7 working days of application.
