This varied role combines customer service, order processing and general administration, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to successful order completion.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident using online systems and takes pride in providing excellent service while maintaining high levels of accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceRespond to customer enquiries via email and online chat.Assist with product, order and delivery queries.Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer support.Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex queries when required.Follow up quotations, enquiries and outstanding customer requests.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Order ProcessingProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently.Verify customer and delivery information before orders are completed.Review order confirmations and manage bespoke customer requirements.Support the product returns process.AdministrationProvide general administrative support across the business.Maintain accurate customer and supplier records.Update information across internal systems.Assist with purchase orders and supplier administration.Support ..... full job details .....
