Front of House and Student Support Administrator - SheffieldWe are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Administrator to join our student accommodation team in Sheffield.Temporary Role 4-6-month placementsMonday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm Key Responsibilities:Providing front-of-house and reception supportResponding to enquiries from students, parents, universities, and stakeholdersManaging post and student parcel collectionsProcessing student payments and maintaining recordsSupporting financial administration, including reconciliations and credit controlUpdating booking systems and processing documentationConducting room viewings for prospective residentsOrdering office and site suppliesAssisting with marketing activities, social media updates, and student eventsProviding general administrative support to the management teamRequirements:Previous administration and customer service experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeMandarin language skills are beneficial but not essentialWhat We Offer:Friendly and supportive working environmentVaried and rewarding roleOpportunity to work within the student accommodation sectorAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
