Location: Manchester (M3)
Pay Rate: -14 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.30am-5pm
Contract: 3 month temporary contract - Potential permanent opportunity

We are currently recruiting Administrators to join a well-established company based in Manchester (M3). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative experience within a busy and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative support

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Processing documents and information

• Managing emails and internal correspondence

• Updating systems and databases

• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timescales

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A professional, reliable and organised approach to work

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
