As-a-Commercial-Sales-Coordinator,-you-will-provide-critical-support-across-contract-management,-order-processing,-customer-management,-and-CRM-activities.-Working-closely-with-Sales,-Operations,-Finance,-Legal,-and-Customer-Service-teams,-you-will-ensure-commercial-agreements-are-managed-effectively-and-customers-receive-an-exceptional-level-of-service-throughout-the-order-life-cycle.

Key-Responsibilities

Contract-Management

• Review-and-analyse-customer-contracts-to-identify-commercial,-financial,-operational,-logistics,-export,-and-field-service-requirements.
• Collaborate-with-internal-stakeholders-to-evaluate-contractual-obligations-and-identify-potential-risks,-ambiguities,-conflicts,-or-deviations-from-agreed-scopes-of-work.
• Support-negotiations-with-internal-departments-and-sales-teams-to-reach-commercially-viable-agreements.
• Monitor-contract-compliance-and-ensure-appropriate-processes-are-in-place-to-identify-and-escalate-any-issues-or-non-compliance.
• Maintain-visibility-of-financial-and-legal-commitments-while-ensuring-robust-due-diligence-procedures-are-followed.
• Liaise-with-Legal-and-Contract-Management-teams-to-obtain-guidance-and-support-on-commercial-contractual-matters-where-required.

Order-Management

• Support-customer-order-processing-across-all-regions,-working-closely-with-regional-coordinators-to-ensure-a-seamless-customer-experience.
• Ensure-order-accuracy-with-regard-to-products,-pricing,-quantities,-and-delivery-schedules.
• Respond-promptly-to-customer,-supplier,-and-internal-enquiries,-ensuring-issues-are-resolved-efficiently.
• Maintain-accurate-order-records-and-ensure-all-documentation-is-completed,-filed,-and-retained-in-accordance-with-company-procedures.

Customer-Management

• Provide-proactive-support-to-customers-throughout-the-order-process,-ensuring-timely-communication,-order-acknowledgements,-and-delivery-updates.
• Manage-customer-queries,-concerns,-and-complaints-through-to-successful-resolution,-coordinating-with-relevant-departments-as-needed.
• Build-strong-relationships-with-customers,-contractors,-agents,-and-internal-teams-to-promote-a-customer-centric-approach-and-deliver-high-levels-of-service.

Skills-&-Experience

Essential

• Experience-working-within-a-commercial,-sales-support,-order-management,-or-customer-service-environment.
• Previous-experience-using-order-entry-systems,-ERP/MRP-platforms,-or-similar-business-systems.
• Strong-administrative-and-organisational-skills-with-excellent-attention-to-detail.
• Proficiency-in-Microsoft-Office-and-web-based-business-applications.
• Ability-to-manage-multiple-priorities-and-work-effectively-across-various-departments.
• Excellent-communication-and-stakeholder-management-skills.

Desirable

• Experience-within-a-high-tech,-low-volume,-high-mix-manufacturing-or-engineering-environment.
• Knowledge-of-contract-administration,-contract-law,-or-commercial-governance-processes.
