This is a varied role supporting both customers and the wider sales team, with a strong focus on order processing, customer service and sales administration.You''ll be an important part of the sales office, helping to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing a professional and responsive service to customers across the world.The Role:Processing customer orders across email, phone, web, sales representatives and online platformsLooking after customers by responding to enquiries, resolving queries and providing a professional, friendly serviceSupporting the sales team with administration, order processing and identifying opportunities to upsellManaging pro forma invoices, following up payments and processing credits and replacementsKeeping systems up to date, ensuring customer records, orders and CRM information are accurateSetting up new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks where requiredKeeping orders on track, liaising with the warehouse to ensure they are processed and dispatched within the required timescales About You: Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role ..... full job details .....
