You''ll support customer order management, fulfilment and after-sales activities while building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as the Customer Sales Co-ordinator: Sales Order Processing: Verification, co-ordination, acceptance and processing of all new customer purchase orders onto our systems. Ensuring that all checks are completed, and that the transaction is in-line with the business compliance requirements. Purchasing Order Processing: Creation and placement of any supporting purchase orders to fulfil our outstanding orders. Ensuring that all checks are completed and that the transactions is in-line with the business compliance requirements. Customer Order Fulfilment: Pro-actively working on outstanding customer orders through to delivery, updating customers and identifying the best fulfilment options. Customer Services: Verification and routing of customer requests, ensuring regular updates and timely resolution in line with service levels.
