Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits Job Description: Industrial Recruitment Solutions (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Dudley. We are looking for a confident, driven individual who enjoys developing new business, speaking with decision-makers and building long-term commercial relationships. This is a sales-focused position where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing our client base across the industrial recruitment sector. Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with a successful background in B2B sales, business development, telesales or account management who can demonstrate the ability to generate leads, open new accounts and develop lasting client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated by targets and wants the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
