Customer Relationship Management ManagerThis role is for an experienced CRM lead at a tech scale-up focused on building meaningful connections with customers by producing meaningful moments. You will own the development and delivery of CRM strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CRM strategy, communications plan, and calendarised CRM content.
Elevate creative and messaging in all CRM campaigns to tell persuasive stories and inspire customers to engage.
Manage and optimise the cross-functional production process with in-house creative, copywriting, data and product teams.
Define clear goals and KPIs for each campaign, with a high-frequency test-and-learn approach across all CRM channels.
Monitor performance and provide insightful reporting to continually improve engagement and conversion from calendarised CRM campaigns.
Qualifications/ExperienceYou will come from a D2C background (ideally app-based or ecommerce) with deep knowledge of CRM best practice and strong storytelling ability.
Location and ScheduleThe role is based 3 days per week in their central London office.
