Known for its structured processes and customer-focused approach, this organisation offers excellent exposure to complex supply chain and customer operations within a high-performance environment.Your new roleYou''ll act as the key point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the full order life cycle from order entry through to delivery. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you''ll coordinate with internal teams, resolve queries and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. You''ll also handle escalations, maintain system records and provide consistent customer communication throughout. This is a fully on-site role initially, moving to hybrid once established.What you''ll need to succeedTo be considered, you must be available to start within 2-3 weeks and have proven experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside previous experience working with order processing systems such as ERP or MRP. You''ll be organised, proactive and confident, handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
