Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)Temp - perm Property ServicesLocation: North West, with regular travel across the regionSalary: 30,000 per annum + Car AllowanceStart Date: November 2026Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmAbout the RoleWe are working with a well-established property maintenance company who is seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join their team on a long-term project across the North West.As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer journey throughout the works.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the clientBuild strong relationships with residents and address concerns professionallyMonitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectivelyWork closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on siteCoordinate and deliver social value and community engagement eventsCollate and analyse customer satisfaction surveysSupport conflict resolution and ensure minimal disruption to residentsAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role)Strong customer service and communication skillsConfident dealing with residents in live environmentsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage sensitive situations professionallyRetro-fit experience would be beneficialHow to ApplyIf you''re interested in this opportunity, ..... full job details .....
