THE ROLE
As Customer Experience Manager, you''ll lead the Service Reception team, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while driving operational efficiency and supporting the continued success of the aftersales department.
Key responsibilities include:
·Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Service Advisors
·Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
·Driving service department performance and identifying areas for continuous improvement
·Managing customer concerns and ensuring positive, professional resolutions
·Supporting the day-to-day operation of the aftersales department
·Monitoring team performance and maintaining operational standards
·Assisting with workload planning and department organisation
·Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
·Supporting the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental objectives
 
ABOUT YOU
We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, or similar automotive aftersales leadership role
·Strong leadership and people management skills
·Excellent communication and customer service abilities
·A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
·Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
