OverviewHaleon is recruiting for a Customer Collaboration Manager for a 12 month contract. To deliver HALEON growth objectives in a highly competitive environment, HALEON teams must build strong, open and constructive relationships with our customers. The Customer Service team develops a deep understanding of customer needs and ensures our supply chain is aligned to meet them. The Customer Service team extends the sales and supply chain functions within HALEON, working with colleagues across the organization to enhance the customer’s experience and drive growth. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Influence change across end-to-end Customer and HALEON supply chain; deliver HALEON joint commercial plan through a joint supply plan; define customer-specific collaboration roadmap and strategy to optimize performance, impacting service and costs.
Organisational Leadership : Lead communication with customer on supply issues, agreeing to switch off products; provide input to account team for forecasting process and meetings (SIT, Customer feedback, Collaborative forecast); own customer stock in trade input into the market’s CRM to inform risks and opportunities; minimise customer chargebacks for non-compliance.
Operational Performance : Lead day-to-day operational and promotional planning processes between HALEON and Customer; align base and promotional volume and phasing plans; work with demand planning and commercial teams to accurately maintain forecast systems to reflect forecast expectations.
Deliver HALEON and Customers Key Operational Performance Metrics : Achieve service performance targets; achieve customer in-store on-shelf availability targets; achieve HALEON working capital targets; deliver overall customer collaboration targets; deliver HALEON joint commercial plan through a joint supply plan.
Develop the Strategic Relationship between HALEON and Customer : Develop and maintain a working partnership with customer’s supply chain counterparts based on trust; build initiatives in collaboration with the customer to deliver joint value creation.
Key Events, NPD, Range Review Implementation, Forecasting and Supply Management : Range reviews – smooth range changes with zero impact on service; achieve NPD launches – 100% on time and in full.
Required Skills Sets and Experience
Thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain process
Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and collaboration
Strong networking and partnership-building skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the business
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Prior extensive experience in Supply Chain as well as Sales or Sales Support function
Ability to lead and develop teams and achieve results
Prior experience of SAP order to cash systems
Ability to deliver to budget and drive cost / revenue improvements over time
Business qualification in a Supply Chain or Sales related discipline
