Customer Care Technician

RGB Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Technician for a regional housing developer working all over Devon & Somerset.

Interview Dates: 27th or 28th May-

Salary: -34,000 - -37,000 per annum-

Duties:

• General Maintenance and minor repairs on occupied houses-
• Painting-
• Drylining-
• Carpentry-
• Window Adjustments-
• Mastic & Silicone repairs-

Ideally looking for somebody with a trades based qualification who can turn their hand to a bit of everything.

Need to be comfortable dealing with customers as the houses are occupied as well as competant with technology and using a tablet to update their system and head office.-

Hours are 39 hours per week
