About the Role
The Customer Care Technician will join a regional housing developer, covering sites across Devon and Somerset from the Exeter base. This permanent role, paying £34,000 to £37,000 per annum, involves performing general maintenance and minor repairs within occupied homes. Responsibilities include painting, drylining, carpentry, window adjustments, and mastic and silicone repairs. Candidates should hold a trades-based qualification and be comfortable working directly with residents. Proficiency with a tablet for updating the company system and communicating with head office is essential. Working 39 hours per week, the role requires someone adaptable across multiple trades who can deliver quality workmanship in occupied properties.

Ideally looking for somebody with a trades based qualification who can turn their hand to a bit of everything.
